How can I delete credit card info in iPhone?

My iPhone won't let never get rid of my credit card and it won't let me download games or nothing and everytime I try to it just brings me to that page saying that I have to renew my card and I wanna take it off but i don't know how

I have the same problem. But I have heard that if you go in settings and go on your iCloud profile there should be a place called something with paymethod. If you tap that you'll see in the top the method you pay. (With what kind of card). If tap there you'll see al the credit card information.

Now that's where I'm stuck. I can't remove the information not can I change the way I pay. I can't find any way to undo it, but maybe you can. Maybe it's because of my iPhone model. (I have an iPhone 5S)

Try to search these forums, someone else has fixed this before.

Try this, launch iTunes from your iPhone, Scroll all the way down to the bottom then tap Apple ID, then tap view Apple ID, then enter your password (if you have one), under payment info select your credit card and it should let you edit the credit card info and you should see a option of none. Then just tap done to exit and save the payment info and then tap done to exit your account information.

really this also my proble...none option is not avaiable and i am unable to remove my credit card info..please suggest what to do..Apple people please suggest.

this person is right. there is no 'none' option any longer. the issue isn't solved and i'm currently experiencing this problem as well. solutions?

If the option is unavaliable, maybe try editing the current card details, and saving it with all the fields left blank.

If not e- mail Apple iTunes Support and they will be able to do it for you:

Old thread, but here's some usual info...

You have to add a valid credit card/debit card into one of the fields (and click done), in order for the "none" box to appear.

Once you select "None" your card information is removed.

We had this issue with our son's phone, that originally had an iTunes card on it, that expired. He wanted our credit card information, and I didn't want to give him access to it. I eventually gave in, just to see if I could remove it afterwards...and that's when I discovered the "none" box had appeared. His phone successfully updated his apps, afterwards.

Just tried removing my credit card info from iTunes along the lines of the below instructions and there doesn't seem to be an option to choose "None" as your credit card, hence no option to remove my credit card from iTunes. Seems like Apple caught onto the advice below and removed the options. What to do?
