Download your music at a higher Sample Rate than you have on your pc?

I think I read somewhere that with Icloud you could improve your music collection sample rate from; lets say 128k to 256k thereby improving you music collection. I have Icloud and Itunes match. However I can't find where I read that. Also I can't figure out a way to do it.

Am I living in bizzaro world or just mistaken?
