MacBook Pro: Loudspeakers dead!

Die internen Lautsprecher meines MacBook Pro geben unter LION nichts wieder und es erscheint beim Klick auf die Lautstärketasten ein durgekreuzter Lautsprecher.

Was jedoch für eine Weile hilft ist folgende Vorgehensweise:

Ich boote mit einem Save Boot (Shittaste beim Booten drücken, bis der Apfel und eine darunter befindliche graue Leiste erscheint).

Nach diesem Bootvorgang erneut "normal" booten. Nun sind die Lautsprecher wieder aktiv. Alles scheint prima zu funktionieren. Jedoch hält dieser Zustand nicht lange an, denn nach unbestimmter Zeit stellen die Lautsprecher wieder ihre Dienste ein und der durchgekreuzte Lautsprecher erscheint wieder.

The internal speakers on my MacBook Pro LION are dead and crossed speaker symbol appears when you click on the volume buttons.
What helps for a while, however, is the following procedure:
I booted up with a Save Boot (Shift key pressed until showing up the apple and a gray bar appears underneath).
After this re-boot "normal" for a second time. Now the speakers are active again. Everything seems to work fine. However, this condition holds not last long, because after a random time the speakers are dead again and the crosed speakers reappears.
Does anyone have the same problem?
