Q: Are you kidding me apple support?

This is what they send me when I ask about the iTunes match issue I have had since Monday afternoon....way to go apple!

    I would call them.  Email support will probably just get you a canned response.

     

    They will ask for an Apple hardware serial # (I've already complained about that requirement, but today I'm going to pick my battles and just deal with it - as long as it got me to an L2 rep I didn't really care).
