Cant open iTunes as I always get the error message "The iTunes library file is locked , on a locked disk or you do not have write permission for this file". Deleted iTunes and reinstalled but still get the same. Help please anyone.

Holding down the shift key while iTunes is opening. That will bring up the 'choose iTunes library' dialog. Select 'Choose LIbrary' from the choices and navigate to your music folder and iTunes music folder.
