OK. What's been in the water? The iPad? And if so, what is it you're asking us? It's almost certainly damaged after that much time, so you'll in all probability need to take or send to Apple and pay their replacement charge. You can try putting it in a bag of uncooked rice for several days (wrap the iPad in a paper towel) and see if you get lucky, but it's very unlikely.

Replying to someone else's post, made months ago in a forum for another product, usually isn't a good strategy for assitance.
