it is not usefull because i havent registerd it at my products. do you know how can i contact online with an expert of apple? all that i have in my hands is mac adres and apple id

On the syncing computer you can also go to iTunes>Preferences>Devices and hover the mouse pointer of the iPod backup and the SN will come up in a box.

i did a format my laptop 2 days ago. nothing is seen in the devices backup.:( still thank you very much
