Laptop and PC both with itunes

Hi all,

Wonder if anyone can give advice?

I have a PC that is on its last legs that contains all my music in itunes. I also have a laptop that has just hubby's music on (his iPad is linked to this one).

Before the PC finally dies I need to do something about transferring the music to the laptop - space is not an issue, but I just don't know where to start or the process to follow. Three iPods are used on the PC account, and we have two itunes accounts (for purchases - although I already know you are not able to join these accounts together).

If anyone can give a step-by-step it would really be appreciated.
