Q: I installed Microsoft office for MAC home version via disk to my Macbook Pro and was working fine. I then realized I needed Outlook and purchased the upgrade online and downloaded it. I can't get the outlook to work at all.

In addition, I now have three sets of programs on my dock and outlook still won't work. It tells me I need to purchase the upgrade. It never asked me for the product code when I downloaded. Has anyone else encountered this?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.2), I am not a super user.
