iPhone 4S FaceTime Password Request (5.0.1)
Everytime I turn on FaceTime, I am promnted to enter a password.
Each time I do it, the promt keeps poping up.
And this keeps repeating over and over again.
Wonder if there is a solution to this problem?

Are you sure this is your correct Apple ID password?
Try going to
http://appleid.apple.com - reset password -Enter in Appleid - Email authentication - Recreate a new password- sign out of facetime on the device -and try again
Yes. It works fine on my iPad 2 and Lion.
Each time I tap cancel on the password request the pop up still apears asking me for a password.
Still nothing.
Two things, then:
Try a Reset:
Hold the home and power buttons at the same time until the Apple boot logo appears. No data will be lost.
If that didn't work...
Reset Network Settings:
Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. The device will take a few seconds to reboot.
I tried the first solution.
And I cant access the second. Because I keep getting that pop up with password request and even though I tap cancel it still pops up.
Do you have a passcode set on your device? THAT is the password it's asking for.
its is asking for FaceTime password. which i type in and tap Login, it still pops up.
On what screen does it ask for this?
