How do I add fonts to Final Cut Pro x?

I client emailed me specific fonts to use in a project. I have downloaded them and have easily added to the Fonts Book in FCPX Applications (not sure why but I watched a YouTube tutorial showings how to do it).

How can I add these fonts to the Text funtion in FCPX?
