You need to download and install iTunes. As in the section titled "What do you need" in the "Getting Started" chapter of the user guide.
What do you mean by "How to unlock my i phone"?
If it is locked to a carrier, ONLY the carrier it is locked to can authorize unlocking it. Contact them and find out what their policy is and how much it will cost. Not all carriers offer unlocking and you generally have to be a current customer and often, the original purchaser of the phone.
