Call Apple customer service, give them your serial number and they can arrange a replacement disk for you.
any idea how much does it cost for replacment disk. I stay in UAE and there is no service here where I can contact the dealer as here only reseller are available.
Last I heard it was $16 (US), but you would need to contact the Apple customer service people to be sure.
You can call Apple Customer Support 1-800-767-2775, provide the Serial Number and specifications of the Mac, and for a fee, a replacement set of system discs (if available), can be ordered.
However, the discs will be for the original version of OS, that was pre-installed, when the Mac was manufactured. This OS may not be OS 10.5.
Will it boot OK in Safe Mode? See What is Safe Boot, Safe Mode? (Mac OS X)
http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=107392 Takes a while to run, but it usually "fixes" problems.
Safe Boot takes longer than normal startup

Resolve startup issues and perform disk maintenance with Disk Utility and fsck

Cheers, Tom 😉
