I just noticed that while Video chatting on Skype my MagSafe led turns to green (even if the battery is not fully recharged), and i read "Not charging" on the battery icon in my system tray. This only happens with Video calls. I also noticed that the fans are working pretty hard during video calls.
When I close the communication, everything turns back normal.
Anyone has got any clue on this?

The new MacBook Pros actually draw more power then the adapter provides under heavy load (gaming, Skype). So under heavy load the machine will actually draw on the battery as well as the power adapter. The machine won't loose charge, nor will it actually charge.
I see, but how a simple skype call can draw more battery than the usual heavy duties i perform daily?
I mean, I use intensive 3D modeling on parallels desktop, and such issue has never happened before.
Anyways, is it normal?
Complain to Skype, folks have been complaing about this for some time.
Read somewhere gfxCardStatus might help because Skype forces nVidia GPU to start running like crazy, thanks anyways.
