Q: My iTunes on ipad2 has no category icons except podcasts, how do I get the others?

Please help, i want o be able to download music.

What you can download depends upon which country you are in - not all content types are available in all countries : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3599

I live in south Africa. My colleagues all have ipad2's and they have all the icons Along the bottom of their iPads. Mine doesn't. I just have podcasts, iTunes u and downloads.

Currently only Apps (via the App Store app), Podcasts, iTunes U and some free ibooks are available in South Africa - music, films and tv shows are not currently sold there.
