Of course you can. Why wouldn't you be able to?
yes, but I am not sure about the no tax issue in NH as you are not a resident. (That is why I am assuming you are asking). I bought my Mac at the Apple store in PVD and I don't think they asked me for my ID when I used my debit card, so It might be worth a shot.
how about if i pay a cash not a credit or debit

I was just at a store on Tuesday, they asked for ID. I guess it varies store to store or state to state.
You can buy from any state under their tax situation. I live in California and buy a lot of things in Oregon for that reason.
If you pay cash, they have no reason to ask for ID. I know that with appliances and cars you can't avoid the tax issue at least in NH. But paying cash for your mac, I would say you should be good to go. Smart move if you aren' too far away from the border.
You'd best be cautious with that, customs might stop you at the border and ask why you didn't declare the Mac when you left. 😉
haha I know people that drive from RI to NH and stock up with carriages full of Alcohol and cartons of cigarettes to avoid the tax. As soon as you cross the NH border, there are signs for the discount liquor stores. But I digress.
