Error during download: 403 forbidden

OSX 10.6


I'm not able to update or download Apps from the App. Store anymore.

Always get following message - Error during download: 403 forbidden


Tried to fix it like this: http://support.apple.com/kb/TA25038?viewlocale=en_US but it doesn't work.


Any suggestions are highly appreciated.
