You will void the warranty if you jailbreak the device.

It voids your warranty and you forfeit any right to help from this forum.

There is no way around this.

Your warranty is voided because you are installing non-Apple software.

There is no way for Apple to know what you have installed or what it has done to the device.

The people providing the jailbreak also offer no guarentees or support if you brick your device using their software.

Just curious. Why do you "really want to jailbreak the i pad"?

Suggestion, Leave the pad as it is. It does what it does pretty well. Go by a nook or a kindle, for half the price, and root it and see if that resolves your issues. A lot cheaper way to expirement with that world than messing with a 600 device.
