How to set images to your contacts to see thier picture when someone is calling? Like for instance facebook picture.(on the iPHONE 4s)

You can manually add a photo to each contact on your iPhone - from an existing photo of the contact on your iPhone or capture a photo of the contact when together. Or add a photo for each contact in the address book app on your computer that is supported for syncing contacts with the iPhone followed by a sync.

You can only assign photos in the Photos App to Contacts, not directly from other sources.
You can save an image from another source - web page, email, etc, by touching it and selecting "Save Image" and it will be saved to the Camera Roll in Photos. Once saved:
Photos > select picture > select send icon (lower left - box with arrow) > Assign to Contact.
You can sync your contacts with the FB app. In the FB app, tap on Friends. In the upper right of the screen when the list of Friends is being displayed is an icon that looks like a box with an arrow coming out of it. Tap on it. One of the options is to sync your contacts.
umm iknow you can set the image from the photo library to set as ppl contact picture.
@Meg st clair... i tried that to but for some reason ager the sync process said it was complete i went into my contacts to see if their image was there but it wasnt n even if someone calls their image didnt show up either

@Allen iknew how to set the contact image through that way but i wanted to know like how to set the image from your fb freinds so your can see their picture on contacts photo when they call, but as u can see from the comments i had no lucky, prob if u know another way it would help me?.....

If that option doesn't work, you need to contact FaceBook customer or technical support since that is an option with their FaceBook app.

As I explained, you can save ANY image from ANY web page and then assign it to a contact. You can go to your friends FaceBook pages, select and save whatever photo you want. This is a lot slower than the automated method using the FaceBook app, but works.
