Can't buy icloud storage. Message says subscriptions are not supported in my store front...

Same error from all platforms (WIN, MAC, iPhone 4, iPad 2).

The account I use is Israeli. There is a credit card assigned to the account.

I could not find anywhere if indeed the Israeli store is not allowed to purchase storage at iCloud...


Any ideas?
