I have a macbook air 2011 when I turn on it after apple logo it apear only blue screen not shown any things and I can't format it I am tested every idea for format but not change any thing on case only work one command it is ( omption ) when I down The Option Key it took me Lock code Please Help Me Anyone ?

Does the "lock screen" you're seeing look like the one in this article in the Apple Knowledge Base?
If so, you've got an Open Firmware password on the machine. If you don't know it, you need to talk to the person who set it so that you can start up from something other than the current startup volume.

Sounds like maybe the hard drive is going. You might want to get that Open Firmware password so you can try starting it up holding the D key to get to the recovery partition.

Ok, let me make sure I understand. When you boot up holding the [option] key, you get a screen that is prompting your for a password? Is that correct? Does it look like the screenshot in this article?

Ok, so someone has set an Open Firmware password on this computer. In order to do much of anything (since you say it won't boot normally), you're gonna' need that password.
If you didn't set it, do you know who might have?

It's relatively new, right? Do you have Applecare? Call Apple, they should be able to help you out. Because there's really no easy way to reset the Open Firmware password.
