Using the Sony TDM-iP50 Digital Media Port

finally upgraded my iPhone from the 3 to the 4S and dumped AT&T for Verizon. Already seeing a huge difference in reception and in functionality. I have a great Sony home theater system and was using my iPhone 3 in the TDM-iP50 digital media port (mainly using the Pandora app) and it didn't fit perfectly, had to finagle it till I got the "volume control not available" message which meant it was seated properly. I can't seem to get the 4S to work in the cradle though. No charging either. Anyone have a similar issue? Is there a Sony upgrade media dock?
