my iCloud control panel works fine, but Photostream is disabled on it (Greyed out). and when i login to icloud.com I dont see photostream either.
everything works fine. my iphone 4 has iOs 5.0.1 on it and it syncs and backs up my contacts, calendars, etc with Outlook.
Only Photostream is disabled.

I have Photo Stream enabled with my iCloud account settings on my Mac, but I don't have access to my Photo Stream when accessing my iCloud account via webmail access using a browser.
I have access to my Photo Stream with iPhoto on my Mac, and with my iPad and iPhone via my iCloud account settings on each iOS device.
I have installed iCloud control panel on Windows. and everything work, except for PHOTOSTREAM which is disabled and greyed out.
Help!
