I just set up an Apple account, and my fieonce has already had one. I need to switch from his account to mine. I do not know how to do that, since there is not a thing that says that he is loged onto his account. I do not know if I need to set up a who nother user on the computer, or what do do...... PLEASE HELP ASAP

I am Lost, I just restored my wife's Iphone, now I am trying to sign out of her account, sign into my account, and restore my Iphone, but there is no option to sign her out. it keeps reading her account . How do I sogn her out and sig into my account, its impossible.
Click on iTunes Store on the left panel. Then, in the main section, where the store appears, sign out of the current account (the Apple ID will show in the upper right hand side--click on it and choose sign out). Then, sign in with the other one.

I am not sure exactly what you are asking here. The closest thing I can think of is Fast User Switching which is initiated by checking a box in the Users & Groups pane of System Preferences.
