delete recovered emails

Question

delete recovered emails

I can't get my recovered emails to go away I have deleted and deleted but they come back in hundreds again. I am using yahoo mail.

iPhoto '11, Mac OS X (10.6.8)

If you've deleted mail and it's still showing up in your mailbox, rebuild the mailbox. That will often drop deleted mail that wants to stick around.

I am having the same issue, tried to send a file too large and it bounced back, now it keeps duplicating in my Recovered Messages Folder from Yahoo as well. How do I "rebuild" my mailbox?

Ok - found the "rebuild", but so far still cycling thru - inbox won't pick up new messages and recovered duplicates still showing up.
