I am an instructor using an Ipad and Blackboard and am having trouble with the gradebook in Blackboard. When in the gradebook, I can't see all of the gradebook and also I can't click on a grade to manually change it (the keyboard doesn't appear).

All you need to do is enable Screen Reader Mode in the Grade Center. You don't get scroll bars, but you can drag the rows up and down and the columns from side to side.
I tested it with New iPad, iOS 5.1, and both Blackboard 9.1 SP5 and SP8.
I have just tested with an iPad 2, iOS 6.0,Blackboard 9.1 SP9 and there are now visible scrollbars. Beware they use natrual scroling... (Drag bar left to scroll right)
