Faulty MagSafe Settlement for UK?

I know recently there was a settlement in the US for people with faulty T-shape MagSafe connectors for Mac Books and Mac Book Pros, does anyone know if this applies in the UK as mine is now splitting and showing wires the same as the fualty ones in the US
