since I updated my ipod touch with 5.0.1 wifi does not work and the battery does not charge fine

First, you're in the iPad forum, not the iPod Touch forum. But you can't downgrade to a lower OS version.
I'm attaching a link for troubleshooting access to Wifi........
i just want to back my ipod touch 3g from 5.0.1 to 4.3.3
