My ipod touch 4g (2 months old) is stuck with the same song display...the 'back' button to return to the list of albums is not working...if i press the next song arrow key the song is changing but the display is not changing....and even if i delete the song in the i tunes and sync the itouch...the display is still stuck with same song...please help me out on this

First, try a system reset. It cures many ills and it's quick, easy and harmless...
Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until the screen blacks out or you see the Apple logo. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears. You will not lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc.
For the first time I had the identical problem with my IPOD stuck on songs and unable to use the arrow back to albums. The reset you suggested fixed the problem immediately. Thank you
