Q: Can I use a Itunes gift card to purchase an Iphone?

I got a gift card that says "Itunes"on it and not "apple"or something like that...

I was wondering if that gift card can only be used on the itunes store, meaning I can only buy songs, tv shows, music videos , etc.. with that

It's a good amount on it and I was wondering if I can use that to purchase my new iphone.

If anyone knows anything about this, please reply!

if it says itunes it is for itunes music and video etc. look on the back to see if it has redeem directions then you know it is for itunes. apple store gift cards don't say itunes on them and are silver i think.
