just now i had reset my iphone... and i would like to restore it.. but then when i open my iphone... it can't activated.. stucked at the configuration there..

the error say activation server could not connect, please try it after few minutes.. but already passed 3-4 hours..i still cannot open back my iphone.. it still the same error... who can help me?? please...😟😟
