Sync it to your computer. If you use a Mac, this will automatically "export" the Calendar data into iCal. Alternatively, you can use iCloud, Google Calendars, or another online service which will sync "over the air" via wifi or your cell data network.

But there's no way to easily export Calendar data directly from the phone as, say, an email attachment.
