SynergyKM - error: unkown screen name

I am trying to run a Synergy server off my laptop using SynergyKM. When I click to turn synergy on, I get the error Status: Error: unkown screen name 'think'. While I did pick think as the name for the laptop, SynergyKM doesn't seem to get that it should be using think.local and so it cannot start the server properly.

In the configuration, I have tried setting the screen name to the IP address, think.local and just think, but it always comes up with the same error. I also tried setting up screen aliases to use the right names, but it always comes up with the same error.

Any ideas why it can't seem to use the right hostname?
