Q: Hello, can I change the keyboard on a russian macbook Pro against a german keyboard? Any ideas?

If your purpose is to change what is printed on the keys, the only way to find that out is contact a store that sells Apple products.  Nobody here represents Apple or any store, so asking here will not likely give you much useful info.

If your purpose is just to change which key does what, there are software fixes for that if you would say exactly what you want changed to what.

If you want to change your MBP keyboard from a Russian one to a German one, then, as Tom Gewecke says, first you should ask an Authorized Apple Service Provider
