Q: Help! I would like to revive my iBook G4

I have had my iBook for about 7 -8 years. It's slowing dying although cosmetically it's in good condition. I would like to continue using my iBook but recently it's been showing the following symptoms: Gray Screen of Death, the trackpad stop working temporarily, the airport wireless disappears.

I recently restored the iBook back to the original setting and wiped it. (Used the original CDs to restore it) I also performed a hardware test where all tests passed.

Since I have wiped my iBook, my mac has not allowed me to update the software. The update is often interrupted by either the Gray Screen of Death, non functioning trackpad, or disappearing wireless.

I welcome all suggestions..
