Cross-platform forwarding

I've set a Mail rule to forward all emails to three other people - two using PC's with Outlook Express v.6, one with a Mac. Any HTML mail sent out, with our without attachments is problematic, even for the Mac (running Mail). On the PCs running Outlook Express, they're attached as mime files.

My job kind of depends on this working.... help.
