itunes trouble

hello,can someone please help.yesterday i was making cds and downloading apps all day on itunes.i click itunes today and it says."itunes was not installed correctly.please reinstall itunes".error 7 (windows error 5) so i did twice and the same message pops up.music is my life and now its gone haha please help.thanks for the time,patrick p
