I would like to know how long does it take to download a movie ? After renting a movie, i pressed play, but after "loading" sign, it says that it will take up to 10 or 8 hours to movie begin. I also have netflix and i can watch movies smoothly with a 5Mb internet cable connection. Is there anything wrong with configuration ?

A 5 Mbps service doesn't guarantee that's what you'll get.
The first thing to check would be your internet download speed, you can do this at www.speedtest.net. Let us know what speed you actually have and I'll calculate how long an HD movie should take to download.
netflix is different to iTunes, it employs a technique called adaptive streaming which lowers quality to speed up streaming on slow connections.
iTunes HD movies require a recommended speed of 6 Mbps, while SD movies require a recommended speed of 2.5 Mbps.

But, assuming that i can't increase speed, i left it downloading overnight, but when i turned apple tv on this night to watch the downloades movies, it started again "loading". Any suggestion about how to use apple tv with lower speeds ?? Thanks for helping.
It isn't all that slow and should allow you to watch an HD movie with only a 30-40 minute wait.
There could be a few things that might affect you, some ISP's filter certain content or slow your connection speed down at certain times of the day. You may also have a problem on your local network, do you have any problems streaming movies from iTunes on your computer to the Apple TV.
The problem you encounter on the Apple TV when you need to download it again is because the Apple TV only has volatile memory, if you turn it off or do something else with it, you will lose anything you have downloaded.
