Has anyone figured out how to connect an external hard drive (which has its own power supply) to the Airport Express?
I am using a Western Digital 2TB hard drive on a Lenovo laptop with Windows 7.

Has anyone figured out how to connect an external hard drive (which has its own power supply) to the Airport Express?
I don't think anyone will ever figure out how to do this until Apple provides hardware and firmware support for a hard drive at the USB port of the AirPort Express.
As it stands, the Express will only work with a printer....and a Keyspand remote control.
Thanks. I called Apple today, and the service rep told me that people have hacked it but that it's not officially supported by Apple, and that he personally doesn't know how to do the hack. So I was wondering if someone knows how to do the hack. Doesn't seem like it should be so hard to do.
Sorry, we can't help on hacks. Maybe a Google search will offer something.
