Keep in mind that before you can sell your iBook for profit, you need to purchase an ISBN(barcode for your book) for about $100-$150. You can do this throught services like Bowker, for instance.

Yoou can set the price according to the scale Apple allows, and which level/amount you choose from that scale is up to you. You may want to find similar books in the store and see what the range is and then decide.
Of course, tho, the old saying "whatever the market will bear" still applies 🙂
Thank you all for your reply, I did get my ISBN number . Where do you find Apple scales to see pricing they allow? Does anyone else on here already have books in the itunes store if so can you share a link so I can see?

It''s in the iTunes Producer program you use to upload iBooks to iTunes, in the Book>>Rights & Pricing tab ("Price Tier"). Price options range from free to $39.99.
