My daughter's ipod touch was stolen. I didn't have the locations service turned on because I was under the impression she could be located by anyone and I didn't want that. Is there a way that I can turn it on from my pc so that I might could locate her ipod?

Thanks for any help!!

I forgot to add....  No can use the service the locate your daughter's device if they don't know the ID and password, so there's no reason not to turn on location services.

The Location services has to be turned on on the iPod, you can't do it remotely. Also, you have to turn on Find My Ipnone in Settings to have the service active. Just having the Find My iPhone app on a device is not sufficient to turn on the service.
