Help with ports configuration please

I'm in the process of setting up our 10.7.2 Lion server for remote iPad Mobile Device Management. The server will sit behind a corporate firewall. At the same time the machine is providing:

- Internal File Sharing

- Internal Policy Management for Macs

- Software update services (possibly)

The SERVER firewall is turned on currently but at the default/minimum port configuration.

Can anyone offer a port "recipe" (essential ports to open only) for the aforementioned Services?

Mac Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.2)

Master.Of.Disaster: That helps narrow things further thanks. Somehow missed that. Some of the ports in question for me are:

88Kerberos V5 KDCTCP/UDPWhat Authentication?
113Authentication ServiceTCPWhat Authentication?
389Directory Access: LDAPTCPNeed to pull files?
138NETBIOS datagram - Windows BrowsingTCP/UDP?
139SMB/CIFS - Windows File ServiceTCP/UDPNeeded to pull files?
22SSH Secure Shell TCP/UDP?

Out iPad users are interested in bulling PowerPoint presentations from either AD or OD directories. Would love to see someone put together a more concise (or novice friendly) mapping to services offered on the box.
