Authorize computer in iTunes

When I connect my iPad to my computer and ask it to transfer purchaes from the iPad to the computer it tells me the computer is not authorized. I then follow the steps to authorize and still get the same error? Tried deauthorizing and reauthorizing to no avail.

banno....

Any apps or content that you bought with each individual ID will always be tied to that ID. It may be a pain in the behind for you to switch back and forth with the ID's, but if you have purchased apps with both ID's - then keep them both. You will need each ID in order to update the apps that you bought them with or to download the app again if you need it.

Besides - you cannot delete an ID - you can quit using it - but it never goes away.

No need to apologize ... as far as I know there are 2 ways to find out which ID was used to buy what apps.

Log into one of your accounts on iTunes on your computer and look at your purchased history. Store>View my account - from the iTunes menu. You can view all of your purchases in there for each account. Scrool down to Purchase Hostory and tap on the blue arrow "See All" on the right side.

You can also go to the app store on the iPad - and tap on the purchased tab - and see all of your purchases in there. You can go to iTunes on the iPad and do the same thing.

You just have to remember to log into that account in order to see what you have purchased with it.
