can anyone let me know why my ipod touch won't charge on the JBL on time dock, do I need to buy an adapter? and the alarm won't work if I select an ipod song - any advice?

Have yu went to the JBLs support site and see if your iPod model and iOS are compatible with your dock? Some users have reported that thier dock no longer worked after updation the iOS on their iPod.
