Only if you did install and activate "Find my iPhone" before the loss: iCloud: Troubleshooting the Find My iPhone app and iCloud: Troubleshooting Find My iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Mac
The only thing you can do besides that: Reporting a lost or stolen Apple product
