I tried many times to print screen with the suggested fn + shift + F11. Trying to copy it in a mail with controlV , or right mouseclic " paste" : ; nothing happened! what to do? how to print screen? how to paste? And: the forward delete does not exist.

Are you booted into Windows when you are trying the print screen? If so, maybe you want to ask this question in Apple's Windows boot camp related forums <https://discussions.apple.com/community/windows_software>

If you are booted into Mac OS X, then you do screen capture using

Command-Shift-3 - Capture entire screen

Command-Shift-4 - Drag to select copy region

Command-Shift-4-Space - Capture Window under cursor

In all of the above, the screen capture is written to a file stored on your desktop.

If you want the screen capture in your copy buffer, then add control to the key sequence

Control-Command-Shift-3 - Capture entire screen to copy buffer

Control-Command-Shift-4 - Drag to select copy region to copy buffer

Control-Command-Shift-4-Space - Capture Window under cursor to copy buffer

Again with respect to Forward Delete, if this is when booted into Windows via Boot Camp, then see Apple's Windows related discussion forums. HOWEVER, if this is about Mac OS X Forward Delete, then on a keyboard with an 'fn' key, you use fn-delete to get Forward Delete.

I can only say that on my MacBook Pro, fn+delete works for me. And in this case it is the 'delete' key on the main keyboard to the right of the = and above \

I've tried it while editing this page in the forum reply web page, I've tried it in my Terminal sessions, I've tried it in Textedit as just a random sample of different apps, and it all worked for me.

What specific wireless keyboard are you using here? Is this an Apple bluetooth keyboard, or is this a third-party bluetooth keyboard, such as a Microsoft Windows keyboard? Some of the third-party keyboards don't work the same as does the Apple keyboard. (And the fn-Delete chord does work here too, but I'm using an Apple laptop keyboard and not a wireless keyboard.)
