Outlook sync help PLEASE MacBook Air & iMac

How can I seamlessly sync Outlook for Mac between my (new!) Macbook Air and my (new!) iMac please anyone?

I saw an IT pro answer in these boards but cannot find it now.

PS I have THROWN away my horrible PC & Windows of 40 years....Apple Mac is GREAT!!
