Hello! I have been given an Iphone 3G with apps already downloaded. I have chnged my ITunes account but all the apps update request the password of the previous owner ITunes account.... what can I do to put mine instead because I want to keep these apps

You can't, and it is illegal for you to keep those apps or for the previous iPhone owner to transfer them to you. First time you try and sync, they will be erased from your phone, as they should be.
