Enclosing Folders
Anyone know how hide enclosing folders...cause right now everytime I make a new folder on my desktop it shows the desktop as the enclosing folder.

If you created the new folder in the Desktop folder, then it will always be the enclosing folder. Why would you want to hide that, since it would hide all the items inside it as well?
What I mean is, previously when I made a new folder on the desktop and opened it...it just showed me the inside of an empty folder. Now when I open a newly created folder, I get the sidebar and all the stuff from my desktop showing too.
In Finder, click the View menu and select 'as List'.
