iPhone 3GS upgrade to iOS 5.0.1

iPhone 3GS, till now two phones replaced by Apple since from Dec 27th 2011 because of the issues inmy phone after 5.0.1 update. Please advise, tomorrow taking a new replaced phone, shall i go ahead and upgrade or not.

Is iOS 5 is not stable with iPhone 3GS

Please advise.

If you decide to Restore iPhone Firmware, then connect iPhone to iTunes on computer and Restore. At the end when prompted, Set Up as New.
